Jane has been a full-time real estate professional with the Berkshire Hathaway Home Services CA Properties Pasadena office since late 2009 and joined "Team Janice" in 2017.

She manages and maintains Janice's monthly newsletter, e-marketing, listing presentations, and she continually develops & improves Janice's internet presence and marketing materials. Jane specialized in working with buyers and is extremely knowledgeable about all leases.

Born & raised in Taiwan, Jane moved to Southern California with her family in 1984. She has lived in various cities in the San Gabriel Valley and graduated from Alhambra High School. She is fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese, and Taiwanese; her multi-cultural background has proven to be a great asset when it comes to helping new immigrants or those with a language barrier to understand the home selling/buying process.

Jane has the knack of establishing meaningful connections with her clients to understand their needs and goals. She is well-connected with real estate industry professionals who specialize in financing, property value assessment, home improvement, and other key areas to quickly evaluate real estate values and help determine the best options to present to sellers and buyers to close the sale or lease. Jane and her two sons have lived in South Pasadena for over a decade. Her love for children & animals shows through her participation in different school and fundraising events, and she volunteers at the Pasadena Humane Society.
